I had TV less than one year it went in to a diagnostic status and would not exit, I called support they said un plug hold power plug in and turn on a did with no change then said press reset button I told him my TV doesn't have one he then just hung up on me. I called back same guy answered said hello make and model I gave it to him again said oh it's you and hung up I called again asked for a manager and same guy said he doesn't know how to get it out of diagnostics and he would not give his name.
