I have a 2 year warranty on my tv. For several months the sound keeps going out. When I change the channel, right in the middle of a program. I have been trying for weeks to get an answer from them. I have called, I have almost 20 emails I sent them. I think they are going to wait the 31 days they have to solve this. Ticket #13486 Order #3012101167425 Resolution Sought I want my money back and I don't want another onn tv.
