They canceled my account without merit. So when I called them asking what is the problem they said it was due to non payment I asked what are you talking about? My contract says it was set up for automatic payments? The rep then said it's not etc. so I'm asking what are they going to do too fix the problem, since the rep admitted it's on them?? I then asked I would like to speak to a supervisor to see what's going on. I also told her I was in the hospital from surgery and don't want to be doing this back and forth arguing she stated they don't have supervisors arguing back and forth about something they admitted the mistake is on them. I'm not comfortable working with this company. When asked can I speak to my original rep they told me no. Resolution Sought I will not be making multiple payments due to Endurance/ Walco error to which they admitted to it. I want a full refund of my money an CEO or the person who's in charge of Endurance to call me regarding this matter.

Upon receipt of this complaint, an Endurance Resolutions Specialist confirmed that the account was canceled due to a default in payments, with a reinstatement date of November 6, 2025. As outlined in the contract, if a vehicle service contract is canceled for non-payment, the consumer forfeits eligibility for any refund. The consumer’s down payment of $116.85 was charged back to the original form of payment, indicating that a full refund was received.
