Endurance car warranty supreme package supposed to be best coverage costing almost $180 a month. This company is fraud! Claiming they cover a long listing of items online except when it's going to cost them a lot of money. Having being a customer since April 2024 we have paid them almost $2,500. As an elderly grandma that transports her 4 small grandchildren to school and activities I depend on safety with my car. Recently my power steering went out while driving my grandkids and it was very scary not having control of your car. I was fortunate to pull to side of road and call for help safely that being said if this happens again I might not be so lucky. It's dangerous to drive this car! Endurance had to send their mechanics to double check our nation wide well known mechanic store because of a high price fix so we had to wait 48 more hours. Interestingly enough they did not test drive vehicle. They were not able to "duplicate" the problem because it is intermittent however there was a stored trouble code in the computer stating an issue with power steering but they refuse to pay! When talking to a supervisor at Endurance stressing our concern for safety factor of having power steering that can intermittently go out at anytime her response was, "if it was my family I would just pay to have it fixed!" I could not believe this answer considering this is why we have your warranty. Basically this company decides if they want to pay for the problem or not! Resolution Sought I want them to pay and cover the problem fixing all items involved in the power steering for safety of driving my car. Since I pay for their warranty.

On 6/10/24, the consumer purchased an Endurance Prime vehicle service contract. Prime is a stated-component coverage, meaning all eligible components are listed by name in the contract. Any part not listed is not eligible. On 6/10/25, Terry Labonte Chevrolet contacted Endurance to initiate a repair claim. The shop reported that the check engine light was illuminated and a knocking noise was present, and subsequently requested an engine replacement. Additionally, the shop requested the replacement of the front shocks, pinion seal, and the engine and transmission oil cooler lines. However, these items could not be authorized, as they are not listed under the vehicle service contract. As the engine was eligible for coverage, Endurance dispatched an independent third-party inspector to verify the shop’s findings and assess the extent of the damage. Following the inspection review Endurance requested documentation to verify that the consumer met the contract’s maintenance requirements in accordance with the terms of the contract. After reviewing the maintenance invoice dated November 5, 2024, which recorded a mileage of 204,350, it was determined that the consumer exceeded the required maintenance interval by 1,081 miles. Consequently, the engine replacement could not be authorized and is excluded under section VIII. EXCLUSIONS – WHAT IS NOT COVERED: [G] For any Breakdown caused by Your failure to follow the instructions in Section IV. Your Responsibilities and Section V. Filing a Breakdown Claim, any Breakdown where maintenance records, with the exception of maintenance paid for by Us pursuant to Section VI.D. pertaining to a Breakdown have been requested by Us but cannot be produced or verified, or Breakdown as a result of lack of normal maintenance required by the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for Your Vehicle. Upon receipt of this complaint, an Endurance Senior Resolution Specialist contacted the consumer to discuss the claim details and the applicable maintenance requirements. In the interest of customer service, the consumer was offered a full refund, which the consumer declined. Best Regards, Endurance

Again when I purchased the vehicle it still had oil life left whoever had the truck before must had an oil change around 189,000 miles all I know is when it was time for an oil change I got one at 204,350 of course I couldn’t get documents of where they had there oil change because I don’t even know the last owner it seems Endurance is just trying to get out of paying cause it is so costly like the lady said on the phone and said that they would rather give me 2064 dollars and cancel my contract I didn’t get Endurance for that I got it for just like the ads says avoid costly repairs not when it’s costly that you would try to wiggle your way out of paying this is so frustrating having to go back and forth with a company that I pay every month to have my back I’ve been without a car for almost a month now it’s a struggle and where would I get the other 5000 dollars from to pay for the engine that’s what I thought you guys was for this should be illegal
