Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Complainants allege repairs, engine replacements or other services performed on their vehicles are not performed correctly, are unnecessary, or cause other vehicle parts to become damaged. A few customers complained the amount of the original estimate doubled upon completion of the service, or the company retained their vehicles for 90 days or longer without completing repairs. One complainant alleges his vehicle was returned without any work performed after paying the company $2995 for an engine replacement. All complainants requested refunds, or, reimbursements for paying other repair facilities to correct problems. The company responded to one complaint by advising the customer his vehicle was readt for pick up upon payment of $1295. All other complaints are unanswered.
