This company is a timeshare advertising company. They do not act as brokers or real estate agents or facilitate sales. Only licensed real estate brokers or sales agents working for a licensed real estate broker are authorized to sell or resell timeshares in the State of California. Services are advertised with a money back guarantee however the guarantee offered specifies that if the time share owner can find a buyer on their own paying within 20% of the advertised price they are entitled to a refund. This means that unless the seller finds a buyer without their help no refund will be issued. This also means that most sellers will not be eligible for a refund despite the advertised "money back guarantee." ~~The BBB warns that our experience with this industry was shown that companies who publish timeshare advertising in newspapers or magazines have made misleading statements and/or representations which led the consumer to believe that they were listing their timeshare with a company who could sell it and after signing an agreement and paying an up-front fee found that all they were receiving was an ad in a publication. Don't rely on verbal representations made by salespersons. If you have any questions about the contract or agreement or if it does not clearly state what service is to be provided it is advisable to have an attorney check it out before signing.
