Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We routinely advise when planning a vacation or making plans for travel take time to check the reputation of the company you choose before making a buying decision. In California a travel company or agent who sells or arranges air or sea transportation must register as a seller of travel with the California Attorney Generals office and post bond with the state to protect consumers from fraudulent promoters. This registration requirement applies to all sellers of travel who have their place of business in California and sell to out of state or California residents or are located outside California but solicit California residents. You can check seller registration by calling the Attorney General's registrar at 213-897-2627. Failure to register is a violation of the law. As of December 11 2002 we could find no evidence of a license or bond for this company.
