Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We believe, that by provision of the California Credit Services Act, this company is required register with the California Attorney General. The California Credit Services Act requires companies advertising credit repair services to register with the Attorney General and to post a $100,000 bond. Even if a company is registered, the Act prohibits the practice of collecting payment before providing services. By law, information stays on your credit report for seven to ten years. Accurate negative information can only be removed by with cooperation of your creditors, and this usually involves paying all or some of the debt. If you believe your credit report contains erroneous information, you may dispute the entry writing the credit reporting agency. While in dispute, the negative item may be removed temporarily from your report; however, it may be reinstated if determined to be valid.
