Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unauthorized service for our business.

They came into our business without authorization and have tried to get warehouse staff to sign off on services. Then they issue invoice after invoice in an attempt to collect for unauthorized services.

BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some complainants allege the company is misrepresents themselves as county or city officials or inform complainants they have authorization from their property management company or landlord to provide inspections for fire equipment. Later complainants receive invoices for unauthorized inspection of fire equipment. In other cases complainants allege the company repeatedly sends misleading invoices in an effort to collect payment for unauthorized fire inspection services. In general the company responds to complaints by stating services were offered and could have been declined or by cancelling invoices clearing balances and placing individuals on their do not service list.
