In other cases complainants allege the company repeatedly sends misleading invoices in an effort to collect payment for unauthorized fire inspection services. In general the company responds to complaints by stating services were offered and could have been declined or by cancelling invoices clearing balances and placing individuals on their do not service list.

They have copied another company's invoice which is Fire SVC Crop Formaly United State Fire. The invoices are identical and explain what needs to be repaired and service charge with Fuel offset. Then a list of items they say we need for which they have never sent. We are a reputable corporation and actually this has just been on automatic. After I investigated their last invoice which stated they came and inspected it is checked off that it all passed. The corporation paid for the invoice. Within 1 week of payment we were inspected and none of the Fire Extinguisher's were charged and all 20 expired. After reaching out to the company I spoke to the man and questioned their past inspection. He said they would call me back and have not. There inspection check list is a OSHA Occupational Safety & Health Administration Laws & Regulations check list. Upon review of there check list It shows that the services were approved by Irma and she worked here 22 years ago. A signature of initials of no one in this company and no one had been here to inspect. If they actually inspected in person they would of seen the extinguishers expired along with no fire detectors and/or exit signs. We just had the building remodeled and finished several months ago and at the time of last years inspection date it was in the beginning stages and would not of been let in. They are invoicing for an inspection never approved nor ever serviced also they are committing fraud by signing a false signature Resolution Sought All funds that have been paid last year and this year in full. Since we are a big Corporation I have all documentation to support my claim. We have each years inspection report that was mailed with the invoices.
