Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customers complain, they are led to believe they would receive a major credit card with a $2,500 credit limit once processing fees were received by the company. Instead of a major credit card, complainants receive a credit card that can only be used to purchase merchandise from the company's catalog. Complainants also report having no way to reach company personnel after money is debited from accounts. Phone calls are not returned or reach a recording only. The company responded to one complaint by sending an ordered book and certificates.
