Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Uncaring and unprepared

After a nasty beginning to a divorce and custody battle, I contacted Mr. Potter who assured me with his silver tongue that I would be taken care of and represented to the fullest extent. I had 6 orders of protection, and a divorce to go through. I had ALL the evidence to win custody of my daughter and what did I get? A lawyer named Mckayla Barnard who I met THE DAY OF my court hearing, and she wasn't even aware of the extent to which she was supposed to represent me. She had no game plan and I of course lost my case. The entire time they were hired, they did the opposite of try and help me get my daughter and eventually let me go because they didn't care to fight. I was primary custodial parent and became an every other weekend father because of them. Now my daughter is coming back to me, telling me about how my ex and her family are telling her lies, bruised, scratched up, dirty, and unkept and I have NO representation because they took my money and left me without counsel. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FIRM!
