Hired Robert Chesser of Foster and Potter end of July to fight child protective services and he has all the information to have case dropped and is not fighting for me Resolution Sought Refund

The Law Offices of Foster and Potter, PC. were retained as counsel for Ms. Wisdom on July 30, 2021 for a total retainer fee of $2,450.00. As of the last court date, September 21, 2021, the Law Offices of Foster and Potter, PC. was able to get the court to drop the case against Ms. Wisdom. Out of the total retainer fee, Ms. Wisdom has paid a total of $1,425.01 and further automatic payment attempts have failed. Ms. Wisdom has not responded to any forms of contact we have made to collect the remainder of her balance.

Robert Chesser was given everything to have the case dropped from day one. He did not fight for me or my child. They did not get the case dropped on 09/21/2021. The case was dismissed on 12/10/2021. My husband's lawyer got case dismiss when she received same paperwork that he had to prove what the state was saying was wrong. They failed to do there job. He did not try to fight.
