Company sells products and mis-leads customers in there EdocuSign contracts

I started a relationship with this company back in September 24, 2019. I asked The salesman if I found a company cheaper would they match the price and the offer they told me yes. After signing a EdocuSign contract, The next day The next day Ms. Sobers said she would match the contract. After 5 free months I called to pay. Then she tells me I'm still in the 31 month contract. Now we're add a dispute. And the bullying me a senior citizen telling me they didn't modify the contract. And they also tell me that the plan that I have no longer exist! Filed a report with the attorney general. Better business bureau. And with this company. And got a lawyer. They do not have a license in the state of North Carolina. To do business. Which is the state I live in. My attorney is handling this. And I dealt with a Mr. Lopez who is a disgusting bully causes still trying to compromise with me just want to stick me in another contract for more money instead of agreeing to matching the competitors no contract Deal!! I've been selling for over 50 years and I've never met a company that Mis- leads Their customers. And offers the worst customer service in this company Frontpoint, it's their way And that's it. But I thought I was in a contract also I had to do is send back to you Quitman send him a note canceling the contract and going what do you have a company which was a no contract company Simpli-Safe and cheaper. Instead of being lied to and Mis-lead I'm going through all this unnecessary stuff. My suggestion is to everyone do not sign any documents online does each document to not sign them online have them email you and print them out or fax them to you to not sign any documents online. And check the state to find out if the company is license to do business in the state which front point is not license to do business as a security company in the state of North Carolina.
