Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The company charges a one time listing fee of $299 for a six month period which is non-refundable if the property does not sell.
