Customers first. Don't guess on merchandise

I needed a phone cord so I went to fye GREAT PLACE. I went in didn't see any employee so I found phone cords on my own I couldn't figure out the one I needed so I went looking for a employee I. Found 3 they were talking I waited about 2 minutes then a male employee ask if he could help me I told him I needed a phone cord we went up front by register he said those there wouldn't work so we went to back of fye he found one. Went up front to pay for it while he was ringing me up he talked to a female employee it took a while I was getting heated I'm a paying customer when he was done. I thanked him and left went to a bench tried phone cord didn't work went back to fye found the one that he said didn't fit was the. One I needed he wrote credit he ask for address I told him to leave blank he said he need address by now I was really heated being made a fool gave address he rang up return in-between talking to another employee. He gave me my change I thank him left. It happen 2/1 at 1130 am.
