I love FYE but the V.I.P. pass being swindled out of me made me so disgusted. I went in for some holiday shopping with my mom. They asked her if we had a rewards card. She said know, I said I might and if not I'm here often let's sign up (assuming it's a discount card - free). At no point did anyone mention when my Mom entered her card she'd agreed to also paying $12 a month! I went back to the store and expressed how they need to TELL customers. I knew I needed to call and cancel but THEN the representative online pushed and pushed me to keep it and check it out online before I decide. I am living paycheck to paycheck. I did not need that experience on top of everything. Poor business model and false advertising on their end. Resolution Sought I wish to report the FYE VIP pass to the public and require them to get verbal and written consent from customers BEFORE signing them up for a charged rewards card.

At the time of purchase a customer paying with a credit card is offered our membership program. There is a pamphlet for our membership program which explains all the terms and conditions of the program. The customer is given this pamphlet at the time of purchased. There is a phone number within the pamphlet that allows them to cancel via phone. We have confirmed that the membership has been cancelled since 12/18/23 and there were no charges for the membership.

I am being charged $11.99 a month on my credit card since December 2021 from F.Y.E. music and movie store. I want this to stop immediately. I didn't sign up for anything nor would I agree to pay for something I never knew about. Resolution Sought I want to be refunded for every penny and I want the $11.99 a month charge to stop immediately.
