Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Some complained that the toner was priced 5 times the regular retail rate or in one case $200 each when the retail price is in the $30 range.
