BCA's Summary and Analysis:
We have received no complaints against this company.Most complainants allege billing problems related to contract expiration renewal or cancellation. Some customers complain they adhere to instructions for cancelling their contracts but the company continues with monthly debits to creditcards or bank accounts ignoring their cancellation requests. Other complainants allege they were not made aware of an automatic renewal clause in their contract and assumed the contract would expire when the timeframe had passed. Many of these complainants discover even though they long ago ceased using the spa facilities their accounts are continually charged. Several complainants assuming the company had made an error requested refunds for the amounts debited when no services had been provided. They complain refunds are refused. The company responds to most complaints by denying refund requests. Instead they refer complainants to the terms of the original contract outlining their policies on refunds and cancellation. Some complainants are not satisfied with the responses stating that they had in fact submitted letters of cancellation. A few complaints are unanswered.

In California state consumer protection laws allow buyers three days to cancel health spa contracts for a full refund until midnight of the third business day after the sale. The Cooling-Off Rule applies to sales finalized at the spa location or at a temporary location. By law the seller must advise the buyer of the three day recision period and provide two copies of a cancellation form (one to keep and one to send to the seller) along with a copy of your contract or receipt. The contract or receipt must explain cancellation procedures. We suggest your notice of cancellation be sent by certified mail return receipt requested so you have proof you complied with their instructions. You do not have to give a reason for canceling your purchase you have a right to change your mind.
