Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They are then told loans will be available in 1-3 days. The loans have not been provided and they are unable to contact the company to obtain the promised loan, status, or refunds.
