Our complaint history for this company shows the company gave proper consideration to some complaints presented to them.

Although in some cases the company failed to respond to complaints.


Complainants allege the company advertised the horsepower of some of their vehicles at a higher rating than the vehicle actually has. Some requested the company buy back the vehicle because the horsepower was misrepresented. Others allege they did not receive the incentives offered for test driving vehicles difficuly obtaining warranty repairs and repairs did not fix the problems.~~The company responds to complaints regarding the horsepower by advising that horsepower ratings on some vehicles were mistakenly reported in the company's marketing materials. The error applies to materials only and has no impact on safety or reliability of any vehicle. They state vehicle repurchase is not an option in these cases but offered certain enhancements as a goodwill gesture. In other cases he company issued refunds processed incentives offered and explained why warranty repairs were denied.
