Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Improve literally every single aspect of its services. Either that or close.

Incredibly low quality. Outrageously expensive. Technology at least 20 years out of date. Has no competition and is able to set exorbitant fees. Automated system frequently down, resulting in more fees as operator assistance comes with additional charge. Lack of concern for public. Lack of concern for providing quality service for ridiculously expensive low-quality service.
