I have 2 phone accounts with this business, and I put money on 2 account on the 2nd and I only got credit for 1 account, I never got my 40.00 dollars credit for phone account 5037918854, they say I put money on only account 5037910734 , I paid both accounts online, on two different accounts. But they still deny my minute's. Resolution Sought I just want my proper credit for phone minutes.

IC Solutions is a phone system Jails in Oregon. I'm trying to get my money back. I have called them and was told to wait 4-6 weeks, for two separate checks at separate dates, and discussed both checks $558 &$49, Then at after that amount of time was told my bank wouldn't talk the payments. Then they told me they would mail the two checks in a month it's been almost 5 weeks and still nothing. No emails from this company ever. I'm tired of calling them, pointless, I have called them 4 or 5 times all for a refunds since the inmate moved to another facility that they can't transfer to. Every time I called I heard something different from each person I talked to. Help! Resolution Sought Just my money back for the inmate and myself. $558.00 and $49.00

Company states; Ms. Broome had previously reached out to us and we advised that she had contacted us in error. The refund is not related to ICSolutions and Ms. Broome was referred to the proper company on February 9, 2023. Respectfully, Director of Client Services
