Worse customer service ever!!

I moved in April and as I was about to turn in my paper work I heard a couple of tenants complaining about not sending anyone to their property over two weeks and there was a leakage at the house. That should of been a red flag!! I moved in on a Sunday April 11 outlets, nor the water were working next morning Monday my manager put in request to send someone for me on Weds my day off no one showed up. Tuesday I had someone their no one showed up. Saturday No one showed up. Kept calling requesting for the days that i knew someone for sure was going to be there. I even texted the lady that I signed my contract with and she would leave my messages on read. A week passed by my outlets were still not working and only hot water will come out the shower. Burning hot my manager even described it that wat. Wednesday no one showed up. Until the next day Thursday April 22 went in personally requesting to speak to a manager and complained that it had passed 11 days and no one has done anything. The ones in charge from that office refused to talk to me the clerk was the one who was back and forth being a messenger. and told me that they were going to send someone later one that day. Which they did but what did it take 11 days and for me to go in person and complain. Now my AC is not working. Turn off on us on Wednesday night about 10:30 pm completely shut off. the next morning i tried turning it on again and no luck I messaged my manager she said she will put in the order. Today Friday June 18th called the office in the morning spoke to Darlene whom stated they were backed up 3 days and that i had to wait for my turn. So she said that someone should be going either Mon or Tues unless it was an emergency. I told her its above 100 degrees it is an emergency. She said she was going to make phone calls and give me a call back with updates. Well a couple of hours passed i called her back it seemed like she forgotten about my case i had to repeat what was my issue. And she now stated someone will be out to fix my AC until next Thursday or Friday. Asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge she said there is no manager here this is the cooperate office. This is RIDICULOUS!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING ON RENTING PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGHT THEM!!
