When I rented the house come to find out no water meter was here and I had to go a week without water and then 4 days extra for a water heater they were supposed to prorate the rent and didn't then I still had to pay a higher amount every person that is renting from this company has a lot of complaints they need to be checked out I have kitchen pipes just running water under the sink please help the community out and look into this company Resolution Sought Lower rent fix things around these properties be honest and fair follow the rules and laws.
