Be more considerate

My car payment was due on the 23rd . I advised them that we all had covid and on quarantine she said what can somebody go make a payment for you no because I have nobody that was close to me that isn't under quarantine either she called me today and wasn't turned my car off because a payment isn't due it has to be due by 2 so therefore my husband is risking going out to put money in the bank because of the car company it's illegal when you're supposed to be under quarantine
