I got my vehicle from here around a year ago and its completely fallen apart, they false advertised me into thinking I was getting a running car. After I got it I began experiencing problems with my control arm rattling, my motor mounts are bad, The radio doesn't work, the doors wont lock without a key and wont unlock with the key. it has bad struts, A leaking Radiator Supply, A broken window that progessed as time went on, duct tape in certain places, I took it to their shop three times to get things fixed and I got nothing done to the car that was supposed to be done, the light fixure above my head has been broken since I received the vehicle. Not to mention, when I brought everything to the manager's attention, He admitted to putting unfit parts on the vehicle over a recorded line and he refused to fix anything on the car and when threatened with a lawyer, he disabled my vehicle and threw an extra 250 on top of the 500 I owed with interest and the extra 250 wasn't due, I told them I was working on it because I was in between jobs, I called today and they told me they couldn't talk to me due to lawyer threats they received from me Resolution Sought I want all my money back from the past year that I have had the car and they can take whatever is owed out of there and keep it.

The customer purchased a vehicle on 3/16/2021. The customer brought the vehicle in on 3/18/2021 stating no crank and the interior lights were not working. We replaced the battery and motor mounts which resolved the issues. On 6/11/2021 the customer brought the vehicle in again for a check engine light. We replaced the sparks plugs and the ignition coil. This resolved the issues. The customer had complaints over other issues in their complaint and looking further into this when we checked the car out on both occasions those issues were not present and did the customer stat anything about those issues. If those became issues after the fact the customer never notified us of them or called and scheduled an appointment to have the issues corrected. We are a service shop, and we always do everything we can do correct any issues if or when they occur. We were unable to address these issues if they even were issues because we were never notified of them by the customer. Instant Auto to care of this customer in every way possible and always addressed everything the customer brought to our attention in a very timely manner.

We have handled all situations that we were informed about that the vehicle was doing at the time of the service appointments. If more issues still persist we would like to get these corrected for the customer. We would love for the customer to set an appointment with our service department again so we can resolve any issues that the customer feels was not corrected the previous service appointments.
