This company offers information, workshops and seminars on credit repair issues and how to utilize resources available to businesses for obtaining capital for startup or expansion. The programs are designed to purportedly educate small business owners on how to obtain funding, venture capital, loans and credit cards with virtually unlimited credit lines, and provide credit makeovers for those who have poor credit histories or no previous credit history. On December 4, 2001, the Bureau verified the company's main phone number is no longer answered as a business phone, the 800 line constantly is busy, and directory assistance has no new number listed. We urge careful consideration if considering doing business with this company. The California Credit Services Act mandates that all companies who advertise or offer credit services to be registered with the Attorney General's office. As of our verification on December 4, 2001, no registration was in process or filed. Negative or positive credit entries stay on your credit report for seven to ten years. Only your creditor can remove a negative entry. This is unlikely to happen unless negotiation efforts are made and settlement occurs. Any process offered to eliminate poor credit histories such as creating a new credit file etc., would require falsifying documents to obtain credit. Falsification of documents for financial purposes is a violation of State and Federal law.
