Be held accountable, or change there practice.

I went to file my taxes on Turbo Tax. I finished the same process on there system as I did on Credit Karma.com. Well I was offered $27 on turbo tax, and ended up getting 698 dollars through credit karma. Something about turbo tax is a scam and I hope you all can take the time to look into this. They were apparently doing me wrong, and it should definitely be resolved. Thanks for your time
