Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Transferred to 3 different agents. The first, Andy, really was not at all helpful. I had to question her credentials because she was dancing around my questions, made me do legwork that allegedly did not need to be done to itemize gambling winnings. Left me on hold to go tend to her dog and didn't return to the phone for a few minutes. If I would have continued with her, she would have had me owing $30,000+ to the IRS. Second agent, Vickey, was great. She answered my questions and had my return ready. I had to file an extension because I needed time to pay, finalize the return and file it. I was quoted $285 for the tax preparation. I assumed when I was ready to go (a week later, I could touch base with another agent, file it and pay TurboTax). Last agent, Linda, requested that I pay $863 for the tax preparation. I found that absolutely insane when the return was ready to go, I was quoted a price and I put the majority of the work in to get them done. It made me wonder if TurboTax employs contractors because the range of prices I was quoted were insane. Told her I was NOT paying that and than I was not happy. Instead of contacting me to discuss the matter, she removed herself from the conversation. Resolution Sought I am not out-of-pocket any expenses, but I think their agents, contractors, etc. needed to be reprimanded. I also want to permanently delete my intuit/turbotax, as I do not intend to utilize their services again.

Filed my 2025 taxes with turbo tax. IRS stated funds deposited electronically 04/01/2026. As of 04/24/2026 have not received funds. Spoke to my bank to confirm all information correct and no deposit received. Attempted to resolve with Turbo Tax and Cross River bank to no avail. IRS confirmed funds sent to Cross River for distribution. All parties are denying responsibility and I still do not have my money Resolution Sought Fulfill the agreement and give me my funds.
