I paid TurboTax $161.25 (complete with required documentation) for a full service package including direct deposit of my refund to my checking account. However, no deposit was made to my checking account. Instead, I have been informed, without explanation, that a certified check will be issued. I only learned this information after a diligent search on my part and finally getting a call from an "expert" hours into my search for my refund. Resolution Sought Reimburse me $73.25 for undelivered services.

I was charged mistakenly with the Turbotax and never informed of the charges later on got to know with my card notifications. I tried to contact to merchant for a refund and they never did it instead they waste my whole 12hours in making me wait for the person and change the service person and each person did give me different answer. Later, on they told it was not possible with their policy so I tried to file my tax with their applications later on their experts told it was hard to file it on as my husband was a non resident and can never use their product. Also, due to some complexity in my case I needed a CPA in my case . Inspite of telling them all of these reason they never want to do a refund . Also, lately looking into their reviews seems like the cheated many peoples money while filing. Kindly take necessary actions on these fake companies . Get me refund to thanks . Resolution Sought Give me a refund completely.
