Reports are not getting filed that are part of paid serove and a refusal of customer support when payment are lost. Resolution Sought Make live (help available, Not AI or phone tree. when asking for help, and to do what they say they are going to do as part of paid service . I have 21/2 years of none filed paperwork due to the state.

I've had this turbo card for years. I've done numerous Mobile deposits with this card. The first time you do one you have to upload your ID and verify and then it takes forever for your funds. I've done that. Just this month I've mobile deposited a check and it was available immediately. Now, today when I try to do a mobile deposit, it's telling me I have to upload my ID and that I only have to do this once. I call customer service who tells me that it's probably a system glitch. And she tells me to download another app which is Ingo money app. I do all of that and that app isn't available in my state. What a joke these people are. A glitch on their part doesn't warrant me waiting for my money. Resolution Sought I would like them to figure out how to better serve their customers.
