Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have bought a quickbooks 2017 software from intuit, they later discontinued the software support. The software was meant to be used forever as it was desktop version, I tried to install its new copy on a new computer which failed online registration, I contacted intuit they said service discontinued which can't be the case, they can stop support but something I bought forever can not be taken away from me, so the registration process should remain intact Resolution Sought Online registration should not be stopped as desktop version was free, they can discontinue the support

Reports are not getting filed that are part of paid serove and a refusal of customer support when payment are lost. Resolution Sought Make live (help available, Not AI or phone tree. when asking for help, and to do what they say they are going to do as part of paid service . I have 21/2 years of none filed paperwork due to the state.
