I file my taxes every year and I understand nothing is free but turbo tax. Charged me 195 dollars just to use the app which I apperintly have to pay every year which makes no sense to use it but then the charge me another 55 dollars to file my federal taxes and another 45 dollars to file my state and the I still owe the IRS which makes no sense when I didn't bring home 33 thousand dollars the whole year Resolution Sought To stop existing because they have been doing this for years and have not stopped even after the lawsuit of 2021

I was informed my irs tax refund would be deposited on 2/17/2025 and the company is now not certain on how or when I will receive it . So why give me a date if it's not correct Resolution Sought Give a more accurate information and help me with the money I was expecting
