Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Turbo tax charged me for "deluxe" filing on a simple W2 even though by federal law and their own advertising I should qualify for Free File. Looking online, it's clear they do this to many others as a matter of course. Their business model is theft. Resolution Sought Refund the money and stop stealing in the future.

I was trying to file my taxes with tubo tax on my phone they said I had to pay $58.32 that was the fee to help me do my taxes but they didn't help me complete my tax return and took the money off of my debit card now I'm asking for a refund and they are giving it back to me. They scam me and took my money and it's not fair!! I work hard and don't have a lot money as it it's not fair I need help with this problem and don't know who can help me out Resolution Sought Give me a refund
