Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Turbo tax preparer inaccurately prepared 2024 taxes. I had a turbo preparer do my taxes as I am not qualified nor know how to prepare with the retirement and annuity. They stated I was responsible to REVIEW my taxes for accuracy but am uncertain how this would even apply considering this the reason I paid them over $400 for them to do them because I would have no idea what I should even be looking for in inaccuracy?? They did say they would pay $5 of penalties ? However we went from getting a $1944 refund to owing $206 because $34,000 was entered on the incorrect line. That to me is kind of a BIG mistake . I just believe they should do what's right Resolution Sought Refund at least half of what I paid for the tax preparations , actually all since I am not happy how this was handled!!

I file my taxes every year and I understand nothing is free but turbo tax. Charged me 195 dollars just to use the app which I apperintly have to pay every year which makes no sense to use it but then the charge me another 55 dollars to file my federal taxes and another 45 dollars to file my state and the I still owe the IRS which makes no sense when I didn't bring home 33 thousand dollars the whole year Resolution Sought To stop existing because they have been doing this for years and have not stopped even after the lawsuit of 2021
