Neglectful
After getting a battery replaced in an iPod, it still did not retain power, I returned the iPod because of the Battery Depot guarantee. They said it needed a new hard drive. It required several e-mails to ascertain a complete estimate ($170), and I informed them to go ahead and repair. Since then, they have not returned e-mails, phone messages or responded to "trouble tickets." They also kept my iPod. Do not do business with these people.
