They charge for services never rendered

I wasn't able to pay my bill and it continued to increase but they quit picking up the trash though. I called to disconnect service they refused based on a city ordinance. I'd rather deal with the city than this company. Since my neighbors are friends of the owner of this company the company doesn't notify the city about them not having trash service though. The whole trash system seems slightly rigid to me but this company makes it worse. Very unprofessional experience for many years.
