I continue to get charged for trash service but I haven't received it for months. I feel like a criminal is playing a scam on me. I know I'm not the only customer this is being done to. My bill is so high now I can't pay nor do I feel I deserve to pay it all. There is a conflict of interest with the owner and I that dates back over 10 years. That's no reason for a business owner that I'm being forced to conduct business with to be able to basically rob me and many others. I also have video evidence. Resolution Sought I would like them to face criminal charges, my bill resolved, and I want a year of service free. Based on all of the money I've given them in years past for services that were never rendered.

Garbage service is mandatory in City of Decatur. If a house is occupied, customer must pay for service- it's a ordinance. The complainant is in violation with City of Decatur Ordinance. His service was stopped for non-payment. His service has been stopped numerous times in past. He is being turned into City and will have to face decision in court system and be subject to fines along with being required to pay for service. This is why he is filing with you. It's between him and city. We are upholding the law. He is breaking it and trying to get out of it. 48 years we have never had to do this- except now. City of Decatur-217-424-2784- They will confirm ordinance.

If I have been stopped due to non payment why am I still receiving a bill for years of services that weren't rendered. That is illegal in my book. The fact that you degrade my name to people at a public basketball game with my ex girlfriend is unprofessional, I believe the owner George has a problem with me routed to relations he had with my girlfriend the 10 yrs we were together. She even stayed here and ran up a bill with IV container and when she moved out he later transferred her 300 bill to my bill, that seems a little illegal. I'm more than happy to deal with the courts over the owner of IV container. It's not right American to force someone to do business with someone. It's illegal to charge for services that were never rendered. Why is the company just now notifying the city? I'll offer a answer they wanted to keep charging me and never knew I was educated enough to expose George's illegal business tactics.

Company states; I have no idea who or what Mr. Frieden looks like nor any of his relatives. I think he has me mixed up with some else, possibly my father, which has no ownership in IV Container, he can take up issues with whoever it is. I have no problems with Mr. Frieden. This case is closed. Call the City of Decatur 217.424.2728. Leave me & my company out of personal issues. I'm obeying City Ordinances. I will not be responding any more. I will adjust his bill with no problems. But, service will be refinished until pay. New balance $186.50.
