Comments and Analysis

The company has advised us that cracks and stains are sometimes an unpreventable condition in the pool and spa industry. These symptoms are common and should not necessarily be construed as workmanship defects. According to their contract all pools plaster is subject to staining due to local water conditions or improper service that is performed by the buyer. The contract also specifically states that exact duplcation of patching plaster is not guaranteed due to existing colors textures and planes. Delays in completion are sometimes unavoidable due to whether conditions material availability or other unforseen circumstances however as per terms of their contract every effort will be made to complete projects within the time period outlined on their customer agreement.
