Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Contractor signed roofing ontract, raised price at last minute, failed to return deposit or communicate with me for 4 wks.

Kennedy Construction Groups signed a contract with me to re roof my shingle roof. The last business day before they were to begin work, they called me and raised their price almost 20! When I declined, they canceled the contract. Their contract required them to reimburse me my deposit within 14 days. They did not do so and they did not contact me. I sent them a certified letter requesting my deposit. After 4 weeks, I phoned them and was told they would return my deposit in full which they then did. I am pleased that they returned my deposit. I am not pleased with their professionalism, nor their lack of communication and cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.
