Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Authenticating documents or certificates are only as reliable as the firm that backs them. Some companies may refer you to "art appraisers" who are being paid by the firm selling the art. Be suspicious of promises of great investment returns and high pressure sales tactics.

Other Considerations

When considering whether to place a bid, consider the sellers policies on shipping and handling charges, and return and refund policies. This company does not offer refunds. There's no guarantee that something is a good deal just because it is on an auction block. Try to determine the relative value of an item before you bid. Read the fine print.
