Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A real estate broker’s license will also satisfy this requirement. Anyone licensed to conduct such business, unless licensed as a real estate broker, must also maintain a bond in the amount of $10,000 for each location.
