Horrible Product and Service

I am surprised this company is still in business. The product and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered material from them and it came covered in mud. They dumped it on my front lawn and after I was done restacking it, I had to remove four wheel barrows of mud from my front lawn. When I called to complain, the management kept referring me to someone else. After a week I called a third time and was told I was a lying. I offered to send photos and their rep told me she had no way of receiving photos. She hung up on me. I never implied that it was done on purpose. I told them I figured it was a loading accident. They have refused to make it right. On top of that, they shorted me materials by a third! They refuse to give me a refund or deliver a new load.
