Landscape Supply of Muskegon Co. LLC complaints

On Saturday November 20th, I ordered two truck loads of firewood at 1 and a 1/2 cords each. I paid $230 a cord plus $74 for each delivery for a total of $838. The first load came and in the load was a lot of mud. When I stacked the firewood inside it was only 1 cord, not 1 and a 1/2 cord. On my lawn was a pile of mud and some wood I couldn't use because it was soaked in mud. I hauled away four wheelbarrows of mud and put to wheel barrows of muddy wood aside. The second load was a little better but still had some mud in it. When I called to complain about the mud. I was told I needed to call back Monday and talk to Kim. I called Monday or Tuesday and talked to Kim. She told me she had to talk to her boss. She took my number but did not return my call. On Friday, the 26th, I called again and asked for Kim but she was not there. On Saturday the 27th I called and talked to Kim. She said she talked to her boss and they went and looked at the pile of wood and there was no mud in it. I told her it probably happened when the wood was loaded. It was a wet day. She said she didn't believe me. I asked if I could send her photos. She aid she had no way of receiving photos. I asked her if they had any intension of making it right with me and she said no. I told her I would leave bad reviews for the company but I would prefer to hear back from the owner and have him make it right. She hung up on me. I noted on the Yelp app that several people have had similar experiences with this company. Resolution Sought I would like a $150 refund for the half cord plus of fire wood or another truck load of firewood.
