Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Our past experience with similar offers has been that if leads are provided at all, they generally fail to meet the clients standards for "pre-qualified leads". We believe the term "pre-qualified leads," implies that the company has screened the lead information to pre-determine that the party has an interest in what is being offered, and is local to your businesses immediate service area. In reality, past experience has shown that lead sources are gleaned from internet pop up ads and other non-exclusive sources. These companies generally offer no guarantee of success rates, so as long as lead information is provided you may have little or no recourse to pursue a refund.
