Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hire more qualified attorneys or more experienced so they won't ever go through what I did

I want to file a complaint on my previous attorney that works for Legal Aid, her name is Catlin Smitherlinn she caused me to loose my children and everything I worked for in my 23 yr divorce that she was assigned to help me with.
