Hire more qualified attorneys or more experienced so they won't ever go through what I did

I want to file a complaint on my previous attorney that works for Legal Aid, her name is Catlin Smitherlinn she caused me to loose my children and everything I worked for in my 23 yr divorce that she was assigned to help me with.
