Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this service for anyone.

For a "Life Line Alert" Lifestation has & is the biggest disappointment in this type of business. The caller is always on hold for customer service between 10- 25 or 30 minutes just to speak to someone . Return phone by the supposed supervisors are not returned as in a timely manner as promised . Going without this "lifeline" for my 84 year old mother is not trustworthy and certainly is far from satisfactory. 2 weeks no system & they can't help with any type of testing the unit unless we upgrade which of course is more money. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this service for anyone.
