Love's Truck Stop

Poor customer service!!!

I called this Love's mechanic shop to let them know my service situation, and to find out how long the wait was, since I was 20 minutes away. They told me 3-5 hours wait. So, I drive there because they were the only truck and trailer shop in the area open on Sunday. When I got there I called into the shop to let them know I have arrived, and they then told me, I had six people ahead of me, and that it would be around six or seven o'clock pm before they could get to me. I waited until about 7:30pm, when they called me to pull into bay 2 I was told to go to the opposite side of the building to pull in. As I got to the opposite side of the building, one of the workers hand gestured to come around the other side, where I was just at. When I get to the other side the door is open and no one is there so I thought I was to pull in. I heard a female scream at the top of her lungs, she waived me in, and she's screaming at me again. I asked her to screaming at me. Her response was you're not doing what I said. She did not want to fix my truck, so she called the manager, because I refuse to leave without my truck being fixed. When the manager came I came out to ask where they going to fix my truck. As the female tech proceeded to tell the story about what happened, and I intervened to say that she yelled at me twice, then she interrupted me, and screamed at me in front of the manager, and he just said to her," calm down".
