Poor customer service!!!

I called this Love's mechanic shop to let them know my service situation, and to find out how long the wait was, since I was 20 minutes away. They told me 3-5 hours wait. So, I drive there because they were the only truck and trailer shop in the area open on Sunday. When I got there I called into the shop to let them know I have arrived, and they then told me, I had six people ahead of me, and that it would be around six or seven o'clock pm before they could get to me. I waited until about 7:30pm, when they called me to pull into bay 2 I was told to go to the opposite side of the building to pull in. As I got to the opposite side of the building, one of the workers hand gestured to come around the other side, where I was just at. When I get to the other side the door is open and no one is there so I thought I was to pull in. I heard a female scream at the top of her lungs, she waived me in, and she's screaming at me again. I asked her to screaming at me. Her response was you're not doing what I said. She did not want to fix my truck, so she called the manager, because I refuse to leave without my truck being fixed. When the manager came I came out to ask where they going to fix my truck. As the female tech proceeded to tell the story about what happened, and I intervened to say that she yelled at me twice, then she interrupted me, and screamed at me in front of the manager, and he just said to her," calm down". That's when I said I'm calling corporate. She tried to apologize
