We hired Lowe's when purchasing Pella Defender series windows in May 2025 and upon receiving the product and the Lowe's contractor installing the windows brand we found through the damage they were another brand(CWS). We are going to loose the $10.000 grant from mysafe Fl, several thousand in damages, can't even get the inspection to pass because the conflict of two different brands and the contract signed by both parties stated for Pella Defender for over $23,000 alone. Lowe's has made statements we got what we paid for even though the windows state different with the glass etching, hardware, labels, tags etc all state they are the wrong windows. The complaint started in June about the windows being wrong and everyone involved from customer service, corporate, Lowe's claims, now executive stated under record they were not what we purchased we will have a reorder but now back tracking stating they are now not doing anything more for us. The windows were broken upon install, damage upon installation, the wrong sizes , and just the wrong brand in general. Lowe's presentation included Pella Defender as well as CWS and we went with Pella, the contract states Pella. Resolution Sought Give us what we paid $23,000 for, fix the damages to our home and property and pay us for lost time for the 9 times I stayed home from work meeting with everyone involved from the time of the first delivery to the walkthrough of all the damage.

I bought a gift card from Lowe's in Newburgh NY on 1/6/25. My accounts were hacked and the gift card number was taken from me. I still physically have the gift card never left my possession. The gift card was used in Lowe's in Nanuet NY less then 2 hrs later fraudulently. Lowe's allowed someone to give them a verbal gift card number without a gift card present. It goes against their own store policies and procedures. The individuals were on camera and clearly not myself or anyone I know. They basically say too bad so sad. Contact someone else it's part of a huge gift card scam going on obviously. They also have received all law enforcement information and still feel they share no responsibility at all. Resolution Sought Refund my money or replace the gift card. And redo their policies procedures so employees can actually follow their own policies.
