Post this so no other customers have to experience this nightmare.

I just got a dispute resolved about a sink that was wrong when I ordered 11.22.24 with an installation of a new counter top that took 1 month and a half to get installed. I spoke with several associates at Lowes along with the Manager Jennifer. I went to Lowes 8 times before I got my new counter installed by Granco Granite because of the wrong sink that was sent. When I went to the store to order the counter top and sink, I ordered a double stainless steel sink but a black single sink was sent with my order twice. I had to go to Lowes and purchase another sink and bring it home with me after the 7th time. I was told to speak to several different associates, Assistant Manager, and the store Manager before I could get the seem to be a simple fix of the wrong sink to a nightmare. I was told by Granco Granite Company I needed to contact Lowes about getting the wrong sink removed from my account. Lowes was telling me that I had to contact Granco Granite Company. The people at Lowes and Granco Granite stop accepting my calls. I left messages for Lowes and for Granco Granite to call me back and no one would call me back. The original countertop was tore out on 12.18.24 but could not be installed incorrect sink. I even called the Corp Office and they explained they would call me back but did not receive a call. I was out of water and no countertop for Christmas and New Year . I had to buy water and had to eat out due to plumbing disconnected and no countertop.

This crew should either be trained or not deliver any more refrigerators.

I bought a refrigerator feb 24, 2022. [Lowe's 3811 W Broadway Blvd, Sedalia MO] The next day it was delivered, and I was completely not satisfied with the hook up crew. Frankly, they did not know what they were doing. They dropped the refrigerator on its side hurting on of the employees, could not hook up the water supply, and tracked muddy dirty boots over my wool carpets. This crew should either be trained or not deliver any more refrigerators.
