Be more understanding when problems occur that were not made by the tenants.

My family and I moved from Kansas City, Mo to Nevada, renting a property from Main Street Renewal to arrive after an 18 hour drive to not having any house appliances. Being a family or five including a new born were obligated to eat junk food for a consecutive 5 days that we could not reheat our leftover food due to no microwave, no refrigerator to store anything including cold beverages or a stove to cook a decent meal after a 18 road trip. I have reached out to them to compensate me for the $400 spent due to the lack of warning us about not having appliances available upon move in. They put in a work order to try and solve the issue for a concession to resolve it to being compensated for $20 per day which does not even buy milk for my new born. They are very inconsistent yet very adamant about eviction notices when things are late! They lack a proper way to handle tenants in a professional manner resolving to just speaking with customer service representatives and no managers or management in sight of a problem. Poor company with too many demands on being proficient and have not gotten that since my family has moved here! Communicate with human like experiences when dealing with current and future tenants hard earned money and be more relatable. Taking in to consideration of being understanding instead of being another money hungry American based company.
