Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Lousy TV Programs

Springhill Suites Hampton Portsmouth NH- I had Business in this area for several weeks and wanted some time to visit with family as I had been living in Phoenix AZ I found hotel was extended stay so set for 30 days. while trying to relax in room I found limited Marriott channels with only two that I could only stand to watch unless I sat in the lobby. I should think that Marriott could at least provide a decent cable or satellite company to install in the rooms so long term guest could relax while in their room. As far as the hotel goes I found the employees above what I feel is good. The staff from Manager all the way down to Host, cleaning and down to maintenance were amazingly above what I would consider good, they were very helpful and polite and should be commended. Please do something about TV programing like less term hotels do. microwave should be put in location with lite.
