We were sent here by Uniworld Po River Cruise Boat 4/24/2022. This was due to a positive COVID Test. We were told to Quarantine in the hotel room for seven days. Testing to be performed this Saturday. Our first room 108 the TV and several lights did not work. We moved to room 104 and the fridge does not work. This seems minor but understand we are in this room 24/7. Nice to have a little entertainment and a cold drink. I also expect it as I am paying $257 a night. We call for food, towels, ice, and anything else we need. That I understand due to mo room service. Front desk communication is hit and miss. Good communication for food as we speak to the Kitchen Manager. We are at the Mercy of the hotel staff as we can do nothing for ourselves. Cold latte and warm Cappuccino in Italy was not in our plan. Resolution Sought I am going to leave this up to Marriott. What are your expectations? A little background, I traveled12 years all over the USA working Power Plant Outages so I have stayed in many Hotels Long and short term.

Nonstop messages at least 5 or 6 times a day. I have called them about the problem and they assured me they will stop. Resolution Sought To stop sending deal offers 4 or 5 times a day
