Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Day by Day sober house, Columbia Heights, mn

My daughter lived at this sober house only a month. She would call me crying about the living environment. When she moved out the manager told her she had to leave any furniture she had brought in. Her room was furnished only with 2 single bed with stains on mattress, one dresser with broken drawers, a plastic 3 drawer storage upon move in. The closet doors needed repair. I ask owner for our $300. Damage deposit back and was told I am hanging up on you...and she did. 3 other women moved out that month. Things were just not "right".
